The Trainer’s Obligations:
The Trainer will use his skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account client’s lifestyle, personal goals, physical activity levels, health and medical history.
The Trainer will provide advice, supervision, coaching, motivation and support that the Client will need to achieve their goals. Apart from the initial consultation (and the first personal training session if taken immediately afterwards) each personal training session will last 60 minutes (a “Session”).
The results of any fitness programme cannot be guaranteed. The Client’s progress depends on their effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions. In particular the Client acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by their Trainer.
The Nutrition Advisor’s Obligations:
The Nutrition Advisor will use her skills and knowledge to help the Client to improve their diet and lose weight safely and permanently. That will take into account the Client’s lifestyle, personal goals, physical activity levels, health and medical history.
On a first meeting, the Client will be able to discuss with the Nutrition Advisor their goals and tell her more about their medical conditions and lifestyle. Also, The Nutrition Advisor will assess the Client’s anthropometry such as weight, body fat percentage, BMI and visceral fat, as well as ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures. If the Client does not agree to these tests then the nutritional advice given will be less accurate and will make it difficult to track client progress.
After the first meeting, The Nutrition Advisor would ask the Client to keep a food diary for a week (at least) to see their current diet routine and general daily activities.
The Nutrition Advisor is not permitted to diagnose, or claim to treat, medical conditions.
Nutritional advice is not a substitute for the professional medical advice and/or treatment and The Client is responsible for contacting their GP about any health concerns.
Meal plans made and given to the Client are a guideline only and are formed based on the information provided in the initial consultation. Each meal plan varies and may not be suitable for everyone. The Client is advised to report any concerns about their meal plan promptly to the Nutritional Advisor for discussion and action.
Whilst every effort will be made to provide a meal plan to help the client achieve their goals, it must be understood that not all meal plans are successful. It is the Client’s responsibility to follow the given meal plan as directed by the Nutritional Advisor in order to achieve the best results.
Meal plans will be released to clients within 14 days of receipt of their completed food diaries. If this time frame is not adhered to by the Nutritional Advisor, The client will be eligible for a refund of 50% of their initial payment.
Nutritional advice can only be made to those aged 18 or above unless with parental consent. For these purposes, proof of age may be required.
The Client’s Obligations:
The Client has to be on time so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.
It is important that the Client attends sessions regularly.
The Client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for training.
The Client is required to provide all information needed to achieve goals eg. Food diary.
It is strongly advised that the Client agrees to the initial tests and measurements in order to receive an optimum tailored advice.
If the Trainer or Nutrition Advisor requires, the Client should provide further medical information from their GP. (Please be aware that your GP may charge for providing this letter.)
The Client is required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (“PARQ”) before undertaking their first Personal training session or Nutrition session.
It is Client’s responsibility to inform the Trainer and Nutrition Advisor of any conditions or changes to their health, now and ongoing, which might affect their ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
The Client must inform the Nutrition Advisor of any medical diagnosis, medication, herbal medicine or food supplements they are taking as this may affect the nutritional programme.
If the Trainer or Nutrition Advisor requires further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.
If the Client does not agree to these terms and conditions at the consultation, the consultation will not go ahead and the Client will be allowed to reclaim only 50% of their initial payment.
Venues or home sessions
Nutrition and personal training sessions will be held at the agreed location or the Client’s home.
Meet ups are only valid for South West London, United Kingdom.
For those not located in the South West area, a personalised meal plan or training can be carried out via online consultation to make it suitable for anyone.
Working online – on Skype, Phone, Email
It is the Client’s responsibility to have a working internet connection for all online sessions. The Client will be charged for scheduled sessions if the Trainer or the Nutrition Advisor is waiting for the Client’s call, but the client is unable to connect online.
SweatEat is not legally responsible for any possessions that are lost, damaged or stolen before, during or after the session.
Photography during sessions
Sessions may be photographed for marketing purposes. Your participation in a session means that you consent to the photography that may be used for commercial purposes, without payment.
Cancellation Policy and Re-arranging:
24-hour notice of cancellation is required for all sessions. Notice of less than 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.
At least 48-hour notice is required to re-arrange a session; this can only be done if the Trainer has the availability you need.
Once purchased, your sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or a cheque
Payment must be completed in advance of the initial consultation. Payment includes the initial consultation, food diary adjustments, progress charts, food shopping list, a formation of a meal plan, discount for Sweateat classes and a follow-up consultation after 2-3 weeks only. All services are not valid for every plan.
Extra services will be charged as appropriate and only given upon receipt of further payment. During the period of the meal plan, the client is able to contact the Nutritional Advisor for guidance and support as often as they feel necessary, at no further charge.
Personal training must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless catastrophic injury or illness.

All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.
