Hi, I’m Tina

My healthy lifestyle obsession began several years ago while I was in high school. For the past two years, I have been spending a lot of my free time in the kitchen experimenting with different food, gathering healthy recipes and helping others to improve their diet and eating habits. I have done extensive research on nutrition and fitness, wanting to deepen my knowledge of nutritious foods and healthy living. Being a professional photographer enables me to capture pictures of food in a creative way and share my recipes with the rest of the world.

When I met Antonio, who was equally obsessed with fitness and diet, my joy intensified as we made plans to collaborate and combine our mutual passions. We have decided to join our knowledge and love for food and fitness and to start our own company. Also, we wanted to do something slightly different from others in the same niche. One of the things is educating people to be able to make their own healthy choices.

I studied Nutrition and Weight Management and gained the specialised knowledge and skills needed to help individuals improve their diet and lose weight safely and permanently. My diploma is certified by the Association for Nutrition.

Hi, I’m Antonio

After being involved in a terrible car accident at a young age I quickly came to realise the importance of health and wellbeing. From that day forward my focus has been towards continuously improving my health and fitness, as well as increasing my knowledge of nutrition, training, biomechanics and physiology. My focus has remained unchanged.

Fitness is a lifestyle which I believe should slowly be integrated into everyday life – I am here to teach you and to show you how this can be achieved. I specialise in fat loss, muscle building and total body transformations, whilst giving you the most important benefit of all…improved health.

My qualification in personal training at level 3 merely scratches the surface of my entire knowledge of fitness and wellbeing. I am also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at levels 2 and 3. I am now finally living my dream which is to help people, like yourselves, become healthy and fit.
